Serving Size: 15 energy balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic oats
  • (if on a no sugar plan then use more of the following ingredients and no oats)
  • 1/4 cup flax meal
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds and/or chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup organic unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 scoops Livingood Daily Collagen Protein
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup Lily’s stevia sweetened chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 1 cup raw almond butter (more or less until sticky)
  • 1/4 cup honey (or can use water)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients into a well combined and sticky consistency.
  2. Form into small balls.
  3. Refrigerate energy balls until ready to eat for best results.
