Here are 7 easy-to-use solutions to help you fix the problem rather than mask the symptom.
Before we break them down, it's important for you to know that there can be many causes of knee issues. I'm going to give you some blanketed solutions that will help manage and handle all of them. The two most common forms of arthritis are inflammatory and degenerative. Infectious and metabolic (gout) can occur as well. Traditional approaches include NSAIDS and steroids. Some get to the point of therapy and surgeries.
1 tsp fresh grated turmeric root (or 1/3 tsp dried)
1 tsp fresh grated ginger root (or 1/3 tsp dried)
1/4 tsp black pepper (or 1 tsp coconut oil) (for absorb turmeric)
1 slice of lemon and/or raw honey (to taste)
In a small sauce pan bring a cup of water to boil. Remove from heat and add the turmeric and ginger. Let steep with the lid on for approximately 5 minutes. Strain the tea and add some honey, lemon, pepper or coconut oil as desired.
4-6 celery stalks
1 green apple
2 cups spinach and/or kale
1 head of romaine lettuce
1 lime (optional)
1 small knob ginger (optional)
Juice all ingredients in a juicer. Stir and serve over ice if desired!
