Anti-Inflammatory Juice

1 organic apple
1 medium beet root (peeled)
1/2 cucumber
4-6 stalks of celery
1 small ginger root (approx. 1")
1 tsp fresh tumeric
1/2-1 lemon
Optional: carrots, leafy greens, parsley

Cut all pieces into sizes that will fit into your juicer.  Put all ingredients in your juicer and enjoy!

The Ultimate Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (full fat)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (I use unsweetened vanilla)
  • 1 handful of organic spinach
  • 1 scoop of Collagen Protein (I love doing 1/2 vanilla 1/2 chocolate)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (especially if you do not add chocolate protein)
  • 1-2 tbsp organic raw cacao nibs
  • 2 tbsp organic whole flax seeds 
  • 2 tbsp organic whole chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maca root powder
  • 1 scoop of greens powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil 
  • Approximately 1/4 - 1/2 cup water (to desired thickness of shake) (or more milk)
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Put all ingredients except protein powder into a blender.  Blend until smooth.  Add protein powder and blend on low speed until it is all mixed in.  Enjoy!!

Estrogen Boosting Smoothie:

2 tbsp of Maca Root Powder

1 tbsp Flaxseeds

2 cups Coconut Milk or Non-GMO Soy Milk

1-2 tbsp Coconut Oil

1-2 tbsp Almond Butter

1 Banana

1 Scoop of Paleo Bone Broth Protein

Optional: 1-2 tbsp of cacao nibs

Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Ginger Tea

1 tsp fresh grated turmeric root (or 1/3 tsp dried)

1 tsp fresh grated ginger root (or 1/3 tsp dried)

1/4 tsp black pepper (or 1 tsp coconut oil) (for absorb turmeric)

1 slice of lemon and/or raw honey (to taste)


In a small sauce pan bring a cup of water to boil.  Remove from heat and add the turmeric and ginger.  Let steep with the lid on for approximately 5 minutes.  Strain the tea and add some honey, lemon, pepper or coconut oil as desired.

Fruit or herb of choice
Glass pitcher

Great combos: 
*Cucumber Mint - 1 cucumber peeled and sliced, 8 mint leaves muddled 
*Pineapple Basil - 1/2 cup pineapple, 15 basil leaves muddled
*Watermelon Basil - 2 cups watermelon, diced, 15 basil leaves muddled
*Cherry Lime - 2 cups cherries cut in half, 1 thin sliced lime
*Blueberry Orange - 1 orange and 1 cup of blueberries
*Strawberry Lemon - 15 sliced strawberries, 1 sliced lemon
*Grapefruit Rosemary - 1/4 grapefruit sliced, 1 large rosemary

Yes, it's that simple!  For best results infuse in a glass pitcher in the refrigerator for minimum of 4 hours but best overnight.

Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte

1/2 cup strong organic coffee (or 1/4 cup espresso)

1 cup coconut milk

2 tbsp pumpkin puree

1/2 tsp pumpkin spice 

1 scoop of Vanilla Livingood Daily Collagen Protein 
(optional alternative: 1 tbsp pure maple syrup and 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract)

 Optional: sprinkle Probiotic Synergy Powder in

Heat the coconut milk on the stove.  Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.  Pour into a mug and sprinkle with pumpkin spice and/or vanilla collagen protein, if desired. 

*Can make homemade whipped cream topping with just the fat from the coconut milk can.  Chill it and blend on high until creamed.

1 cup organic almond milk

1/2 frozen organic banana

2 large spoon fulls of raw almond butter

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tsp cinnamon 

1 tsp pure vanilla extract


Put all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.  Can give or take amounts of smoothie to your liking! This smoothie is so good it could be a snack, drink, or dessert!
*Can add shredded coconut to top it off

Hot Chocolate

1 cup almond milk or coconut milk

2 tbsp cacao powder

2 ounces 72(+)% cocoa bar (optional)

1 tbsp pure maple syrup

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 pinch sea salt (optional)


Combine all the ingredients into a saucepan over high heat, using a whisk to break up any clumps.  Stir until smooth and hot, then pour into a mug and enjoy.
